What You’ll Do:
– Perform daily maintenance and repairs on machinery, tools, and equipment.
– Troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues quickly and safely.
– Follow food safety and manufacturing standards.
– Read and work from schematics, mechanical drawings, and manuals.
– Help train team members and support continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
– Technical training or on-the-job experience in mechanics, electrical, plumbing, or welding.
– Ability to read blueprints, use hand tools, and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a team player mindset.
Bonus Skills:
– Experience with PLCs, HVAC, or food/beverage manufacturing.
– Knowledge of GMPs and safety procedures.
– Bilingual a plus.
