Key Responsibilities:
– Perform regular testing and visual inspections on in-process and finished products.
– Identify and report quality issues or deviations from product standards.
– Follow product specifications and document all results clearly and in real-time.
– Use lab equipment properly and calibrate instruments as needed.
– Enter test data into systems like IQS; follow all documentation rules.
– Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), lab safety, and plant safety rules.
– Keep lab workstations clean and organized; maintain lab supply inventory.
What We’re Looking For:
– 2–5 years of experience in food/beverage manufacturing or a quality lab.
– Strong communication, teamwork, and data entry skills.
– Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
